Day......9

Well to our surprise, we accidentally slept in today..... I had my alarm set, but, it was set for Mon - Friday.... whoops!  So I got up at 8 instead of 7.....  We checked out of the hotel and headed toward Devils Tower....

We get our first glimpse of it 

We head down the road to get a closer look at it.....

We go right up to the gate but, decide not to pay the $5 to go it.... I have seen it.... got my pictures.... that's good by me.

Then we head to South Dakota..... The Weather is beautiful today.... partly cloudy, and it's finally warm!

 What is the first place we go in South Dakota????

We leave the Dealers and head out to find a hotel.... we got a decent one for a good price... we will be here for 3 or 4 nights.... I'm kind of bummed the weather doesn't look that great for the next couple of days..... we will play it by ear...... I hope for Mike's sake that it's good weather..... this is the part of the trip that he has been looking forward to.....


Oh, I had to get a picture of this.....  I have loved this..... and because of it, I've been getting great gas mileage

Wish I could get 100% pure gas at home...!!!!!!
